Tina  KosloskyTina Jamieson Moffat-Koslosky of Southold passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. She was 62 years old.

The family will receive friends on Friday, April 10th from 4-8 P.M. at the DeFriest-Grattan Funeral Home in Southold, where Funeral Services will be held at 7:00 P.M., officiated by Rev. Dr. Peter J. Kelley.

Interment will take place at Saint Patrick's R.C. Cemetery in Southold.

In lieu of flowers, donations to North Fork Animal Welfare League would be appreciated. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.

Tina Jamieson Moffat-Koslosky of Southold passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. She was 62 years old.

Tina was born on July 21, 1963 in Greenport to Maureen (née Howley) Moffat Wolfe and John W. Moffat. She was one of five children. After high school, she attended Indiana State College where she attained her Bachelor’s Degree, and then attended Brockport College where she attained her Masters Degree. In her professional career, she worked in Medical Billing for Southold Pharmacy for many years.

Predeceased by her son Jimmy Koslosky; and brother Greg Moffat; Tina is survived by her children Sam Koslosky of Pasadena, MD, Jack Koslosky of Southold and Caroline Koslosky of Buffalo, NY; siblings Sean Moffat (Donna) of Bollinas, CA, Brian Moffat of Hopkinton, MA and Daria Moffat of Sabillasville, MD; mother-in-law Carol Koslosky; and her beloved dog Mona.
