1. Exit the Long Island Expressway, Route 495 at exit 73, the last exit.
2. Proceed East on Route 58/Route25.
3. Proceed East through the villages of Riverhead, Jamesport, Laurel and into Mattituck.
4. Upon Entering Mattituck Village, note the Rite Aid in Mattituck Shopping Center then The Mattituck Presbyterian Church, and At Your Service Party Rental Store..
5. The Funeral Home is just ahead on the same side of the road.
6. It is a large white building with parking in the rear.

Total travel time/mileage - approximately 20 minutes or 11 miles from leaving the Long Island Expressway.

1. Follow the above directions.
2. At the DeFriest-Grattan (Mattituck) Funeral Home, continue traveling East.
3. Pass through the Villages of Cutchogue and Peconic.
4. Upon entering Southold Village, note the Southold Marine, Harts Hardware, and the Christian Science Building.
5. The Funeral Home is several homes ahead on the same side of the road.
6. It is a large white building with parking in the rear.

Total travel time/mileage - approximately ten minutes from Mattituck or eight miles. From the Long Island Expressway - approximately 30 minutes or 19 miles.

1. Follow Directions from above.
2. At the DeFriest-Grattan (Southold) Funeral Home, continue traveling East through Southold Village.
3. Pass through the remainder of Southold Village and enter Greenport Village.
4. Please note the Greenport High School on your left side.
5. Beyond the school, please note the traffic light at the intersection of Route 25 and Third Street.
6. Travel South to the North Ferry Terminal for the ferry trip to Shelter Island.

From the Shelter Island Ferry
1. Proceed on Route 114
2. Make a right turn on Summerfield Place.
3. Make a left on Chase and cross the bridge by the Dory Restaurant.
4. Stay Right at Picozzi's Mobil Station.
5. Look for a green sign indicating Wade's Beach and Silver Beach.
6. Stay to your right and exit on to West Neck Road.
7. Proceed down West Neck Road to the funeral home.
8. The home will be on your left side before the intersection at the North Fork Bank.
9. The parking area is just beyond the Funeral Home.
