Penelope D. Winters of Southold passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2026. She was 81 years old. The family will receive friends on Sunday July 12th from 3-7 P.M. at the DeFriest-Grattan Funeral Home in Southold. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, July 13th at 11:00 A.M. at the First Presbyterian Church of Southold. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Southold Fire Department Rescue Squad would be appreciated.
