I am sorry to hear of the passing of my daughter Clare\'s 1st grade teacher in PS 70 in Astoria Queens when we lived there.Miss Brassil was the most wonderful and dedicated teacher and when I happened to hear her name on WLNG radio I knew it was her. My daughter Clare is also a 1st Grade teacher!\r\nRest in peace Miss Brassil

Ms. Brassil was my kid’s kindergarten teacher. She was an excellent teacher and we loved her dearly. I’m so sorry to hear about her passing. She has touched so many lives during her teaching career. Condolences to all her family
