William T. Raffel of Aquebogue passed away on Monday, October 20, 2025. He was 87 years old. The family will receive friends on Friday, October 24th from 4-7 P.M. at the DeFriest-Grattan Funeral Home in Mattituck. The Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, October 25th at 9:30 A.M. at Our Lady of Good Counsel R.C. Church in Mattituck, officiated by Father Michael Bartholomew. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart R.C. Cemetery in Cutchogue.
